Aramid reinforcedmonolithic TPU conveyor belts
Habasit Cleandrive aramid reinforced monolithic TPU conveyor belts are recognized for theirsafe and hygienicfood processing performance. Their significant advantages include a uniform surface without sink marks, and embedded cords that guarantee true belt length without creep. The belts’advanced technologyand design meet the most stringent hygiene requirements while delivering exceptional performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Habasit Cleandrive belts reduce the design work required when constructing a conveyor. Their zero-tension belt design eliminates the need for special active sprocket engagement, which both reduces complexity and cost, and extends the belt lifetime due to less abrasion. The premium TPU material offers extraordinary hydrolysis and microbiological resistance. The belts’ closed smooth surface is essential for wet applications.
Belt design
Habasit Cleandrive conveyor belts have a flexible yet strong construction that permits the smallest possible pulley diameters. This minimizes product damage and product losses in transfer situations and improves processing yield.
Hygienic design plays an increasingly important role in food-safe production. Smooth, rounded shapes make it easy to remove foodstuff residues – even on the reverse of the belt.
Our proprietary manufacturing process enables us to produce Habasit Cleandrive belts completely free of sink marks. This facilitates increasedscraper efficiency皮带表面上,因为剩余产品be safely removed by the scraper.

Positive drive腰带
The Habasit Cleandrive belt design includes aramid cord reinforcement for dimensional stability. This permits continuous and reliable sprocket engagement, which results in reduced belt wear, maintenance, and downtime.
Zero tension means that no extra forces are required other than the tension provided by the belt’s tare weight to keep the drive bars properly engaged within the sprockets.
Technology
Positive drive belts are sprocket driven, with either drive bars or teeth positioned across the entire belt width at a certain pitch, or with lugs. Lugs are transverse interrupted drive bars, which are placed at certain distances along the belt’s running side to provide self-tracking.
Friction drive腰带
Flexible and strong construction permits the smallest possible pulley diameters, thus minimizing product damage and loss in narrow transfers.
Technology
With friction drive belts there is no positive engagement with the driving pulley. The pulley transfers the drive force from the motor to the belt, while friction between the pulley and the belt surface ensures power transmission.
